Flower Candle Refill
Due to the personalised nature of our handmade items, including candles with personalised trays, embroidered cushions, and other custom home products, we generally do not accept returns. However, we will consider returns or exchanges for items damaged during shipping or with significant defects, provided photographic evidence is submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Candle Care Instructions:
Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use for a cleaner burn and to prevent soot. Allow the wax to melt to the edges on the first burn to avoid tunnelling. Burn for 2-4 hours at a time . Avoid drafts and place on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
